Matt and Angel Goering now own Herb Niemann's and work very hard to provide the same quality experience all the way around. John Vance is our Head Chef. John has been with the Herb Niemann family for over 15 years and offers over 30 years of culinary experience and execution. John brings perfect harmony to the success of our menu and kitchen team. He hand cuts every steak and over sees every recipes execution to assure consistantcy.
