The Bar
Come sit in our lively, cozy bar and enjoy our famous Bar Menu.
We have a full bar, including local wines and craft beers. We also offer many specialty cocktails and a seasonal cocktail menu.
Side Bar
Can’t find a babysitter? Enjoy a night out in our kid-friendly section of the bar. The bar menu is the same, but we also have options for the kids as well. Our Biscuit Breaded Chicken Nuggets are a big hit!
The Restaurant
Come enjoy a nice night out and relax in our dining room. Our fine dining staff is trained to offer you superb service, including entree recommendations and food and wine pairing.
The Goods
Herb Niemann's has been a part of the local community for over 20 years, offering our unique blend of quality food, great service and an old country German atmosphere. Amongst other delicious food we serve, we offer Nebraskan raised beef that is aged a minimum of 28 days. All of our beef is precisely cut by our chef, John Vance who has been in the industry for over 30 years. 
Our German dishes are as authentic as it comes. Choose from a variety of schnitzel & spatzle dishes, or try our amazing house made bratwurst & sauerkraut.
